Live Large partnered with Hey Paddle for some fitness FUN! We hosted two classes on Town Lake in Austin where we engaged in High-Intensity Functional Training. The class was 60 minutes of cross-training timed stations with kettlebells, resistance bands, plyometrics, calisthenics and paddle boarding. Throughout the class, we were "driven by our data" and kept score while our clocks were running. The FIT Board class was a blast and brought out some great Live Largers!

To get everyone up and out in the middle of winter, we hosted our second round of yoga and mimosas with Fierce Clarity and KC Grey. The session consisted of an hour of yoga followed by mimosas and mingling.
